Mark your calendars for March 14...STEAK & BJ DAY!!
You know the drill. Every 14th of February you get the chance to display your fondness for a significant other by showering her with gifts, flowers, dinner, shows and any other baubles that women find romantic. Every Valentines day you rack your brains for that one special, unique gift that will show your wife or girlfriend that you really do care for them more than any other.
Simple, effective and self explanatory, this holiday has been created so you ladies finally have a day to show your man how much you care for him.No cards, no flowers, no special nights on the town; the name of the holiday explains it all, just a steak and a BJ. Thats it. Finally, this twin pair of Valentine's Day and Steak and Blowjob Day will usher in a new age of love as men everywhere try THAT much harder in February to ensure a memorable March 14th!
The word is already beginning to spread, but as with any new idea, it needs a little push to start the ball rolling. So spread the word, and help bring love and peace to this crazy world. And, of course, steak and BJ's.

NEVER LIE TO A WOMAN

A man called home to his wife and said, "Honey I have been asked to go
Fishing up in Canada with my boss & several of his friends.
We'll be gone for a week. This is a good opportunity for me to get that
Promotion I'v been wanting, so could you please pack enough clothes for
A week and set out my rod and fishing box, we're leaving from the office
& I will swing by the house to pick my things up" "Oh! Please pack my
New blue silk pajamas."
The wife thinks this sounds a bit fishy but being the good wife she is,
Did exactly what her husband asked.
The following weekend he came home a little tired but otherwise looking
Good.
The wife welcomed him home and asked if he caught many fish?
He said, "Yes! Lots of Salmon, some Bluegill, and a few Swordfish. But
why didn't you pack my new blue silk pajamas like I asked you to do?"
You'll love the answer...
.
.
.
.
The wife replied, "I did. They're in your fishing box ."

Think you can't afford college? Think again!
1. Accelerate your degree
Cram more units in your schedule, that way you can graduate faster at a lower cost.
2. Be a transfer student
You don't have to go to a university straight out of high school, go to a junior college and than transfer to your preferred college. This will save you thousands of dollars.
3. Choose a tuition-free school
Their is a catch for tuition-free schools, you might have to work at least 15 hours a week on the college campus.
4. Get a sponsor
5. Work off debt with community service
Instead of paying the entire sum of you student loan you can work off the debt or at least a big chunk of it by volunteering in the community and other projects that help the less fortunate and other communities.
6. Apply for Financial Aid

College Life

Everyone wants to go to college, to experience the college life style. i believe that living in dorms is a huge difference in living at home while you go to school. It's up to you on how you want your college experience to be. You can be a party guy, the girl that loves to flirt, cute girl, smart guy, someone that stands out, or even a weirdo. If you want to make a good impression I would suggest introducing yourself to others that live in the dorm. it is best to greet as many people as you can because you never know when your going to meet some people that are interesting to you.

Diet Do's & Don'ts: Rules That'll Help You Lose Weight
Fiber. Great sources of fiber: veggies, fruits and beans.
Raw vegetables.
Berries.
Nuts. A serving is a quarter-cup. Pistachios, raw almonds or cashews, macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, pecans, you name it. They're packed with good fat and protein, but don't overdo it. Consider scattering them on a salad and you can take care of two items (nuts and raw veggies) in one.
Protein at every meal. Make it fish at least twice a week, preferably more. Fried (anything) does not count.
Don't Eat:
Pasta.
Most bread. Unless it is honest-to-God, certified, authenticated whole-grain bread
Commercial cereals. This includes anything in a cute box with the word "crunchy" on it. Read the ingredients. If you find more than five grams of sugar, put it down.
Sodas, even diet sodas.
Packaged cookies, cakes, pies, crackers and desserts.

Does everything we love make us fat?

Whether it's cheese or chocolate, French fries or fried chicken, many of our favorite foods tend to lead to an expanded waistline. Now, you can add your significant other to the list of things you love that are causing weight gain.
eDiets conducted a survey of more than 1,500 people to see how relationships affect weight and an overwhelming three-quarters of those surveyed said it was easier to maintain a diet when single, and a similar percentage of respondents found it more tempting to eat bad foods with their partners.
However, the news on dating and dieting wasn't all negative. In fact, roughly three-in-four respondents said their partner was supportive of their weight-loss efforts and about half exercised the same amount or more in a relationship as when they were single.
"The good news is the survey shows that a healthy relationship and healthy eating habits can go hand-in-hand," says eDiets Director of Nutrition Services Pam Ofstein. "As it should! Take the support of your partner and commit to each other to build a healthier, stronger relationship and lifestyle."
The survey found that respondents took pleasure in snuggling up at home about as much as a long romantic walk together. Other interesting findings from the survey:
-- 57% feel that being in a relationship has a negative effect on their waistline
-- 63% feel their significant other would rather eat unhealthy foods or portions
-- 74% are more tempted to eat "bad foods" when they were with their partner
-- 75% said it was easier to maintain their diet when single
-- 59% would rather have a great relationship than a great body

Drinking Do's & Don'ts
DO: Get a designated driver.
DO: Buy drinks for your friends. It's just nice.
DON'T: Buy too many drinks for your friends.
DON'T: Think it's a good idea to order a beer and a mixed drink at the same time, and then chug the beer and sip the mixed drink. It probably should go the other way around, even if you do really impress the bartender with your retardedness.
DON'T: Decide to go swimming when completely hammered and fully clothed.
DO: Give your wallet and electronic devices to someone smart enough not to go into the water so they are not ruined.
DON'T: Leave your wallet and electronic devices with said smart person after he drops you off at your apartment. You probably were going to need those things the next day.
DO: Thank your designated driver for drinking less than you.

Sankeys
It’s not the biggest club around England, but in this case, size doesn’t matter. How many other clubs do you know are ex-mills? Their aim is for you to have a good time, and luckily, you’ll find it hard to be disappointed. Three rooms (The Bar, The Basement, and The Boutique) each give you a different flavour, but for pure dancing, The Basement’s the place to be. What really had Sankeys flying up DJmag’s Top 100 Clubs Poll, though, was their “increasingly on-point” DJ line-ups. Justice and Carl Craig are only two of the regulars; where else would you want to be?
Warung
Next stop, Brazil. The party mood and rawness of nature that South America is famous for are fully infused in Warung. Surrounded by a beach and a rainforest, something about the passion of partying like mad amid the elements just feels right. If I had the use of a plane for a night, and could jet around the world to all the distant night clubs one after the other, this would be unquestionably be on the list. Add to that international DJs like Craig Vickers and Rowan Blades, and you’ve got all the exoticism you could ever want in a night club in Warung.
The Guvernment
And… representing Canada… we have the Guvernment (you knew we had to have a Canadian club in here right?). But in all honesty, from an unbiased standpoint, this is one serious super club (nominated for Best Global Club in the International Dance Music Awards). With a capacity of 4000+, hydraulic light grids, and nine, count’em nine, specialized rooms, the Guvernment hosts more parties than Paris Hilton. You want futuristic? Go to the Orange Room. Feel like something mystical Moroccan? Try Tanja. Or just head up to the Skybar for a view of downtown Toronto that will leave you in awe. You can’t go wrong.
Pacha Ibiza
Ibiza’s roster of night clubs is as impressive as their night clubs’ rosters of DJs. The leading club in this roster? Pacha. It contains a maze of five rooms each presenting a different atmosphere, and a restaurant that serves sushi. As Ibiza’s trailblazing night club, Pacha has gone through an elegant transformation throughout the years, and in addition, hosts DJs like David Guetta. Like the Guvernment, it has been nominated for Best Global Club at the IDMAs, and is fully deserving of this honour.
Fabric
Recently named the best club in the world (again) by DJmag, Fabric is a club that is universally acknowledged as being the best at what it does because it simply focuses on the heart of club culture: the music. Although Fabric has been graced by the presence of top DJs, it is most widely celebrated for bringing underground dance music and more obscure, but still talented DJs to the spotlight. Fabric was also the first club in Europe to house what it calls a “bodysonic” dancefloor: clubbers on the dancefloor can literally shake it to the beat because parts of the floor are hooked up to 400 bass transducers that pump out the music being played, right into the dancing bodies via their feet. With 25000 square feet of room to get shook in a club in which “there’s never been so much as a dud DJ,” Fabric more than deserves a spot in this list.
Space Ibiza
Another nominee for Best Global Club (and another Ibizan club), Space does not lack any, as it was built on a sprawling parking lot. Its history is so deep-rooted in the growth of club culture that there is almost a kind of mutual respect between Space and the world-class DJs who have played there over the years. Extensive renovations have only improved this Ibizan paradise, and with its consistent Top 2 ranking in DJmag’s last few polls, Space is here to stay.
Womb
Womb is a club in Japan.
If any derivative of the word “technology” has not crossed your mind yet… then I must say I’m very disappointed in you. As would be expected of a Japanese creation, Womb is ultramodern (DJmag calls it a “space station”), with first-class lights and sounds - with major emphasis on sounds. Womb features plenty of space on its sizeable dance floor, above which hangs one of Japan’s largest disco balls: 1.5m across.
Glass walls on the top floor overlooking everything?
A cracking sound system?
DJs like Paul Oakenfold and Sven Väth?
Womb does Tokyo proud.
Amnesia
What is with Spain and its amazing night clubs? When the ice cannon welcomes you with a shower of dry ice, you know that you’ve arrived. As befits the night club crowned Best Global Club by the IDMAs, Amnesia’s sound system leaves little to be desired. Cream night at Amnesia always brings out the crowds, and the foam parties are inimitable. With a line-up that includes Armin van Buuren and Sven Väth, Amnesia has all its bases covered. What else would you expect from the best in the world?
Cocoon
Cocoon is another club that is linked with Sven Väth, but unlike the others, this night club completely bears the stamp of this legendary DJ. You can’t help but feel like you are really in a cocoon, although maybe in an über-modern style of cocoon. Both visually and acoustically, this club’s design is awe-inspiring; there is a 100m across, 360 degree screen bounces synchronized lights and images off it like no other. Add to that stunning cocoon-like features like a 100m long iridescent “Membrane Wall” and actual “cocoons” (each with a minibar, light controls, and a sound system), and once you get into Cocoon, you won’t want to come back out.
Zouk
“Zouk” (zook) -noun
-origin: French Creole for “party”
1. a style of dance music that originated in Guadeloupe and Martinique, featuring Caribbean rhythms over a disco beat and played with electric guitars and synthesizers
2. one of the top clubs in Singapore
How big is Zouk? It was the first night club in Singapore to play House music, and today is all the rage with the nation’s clubbing crowd. Zouk actually isn’t a club; it’s three interconnected clubs: Zouk, Phuture, and Velvet Underground - you can get an idea of what these three spaces are like, both visually and musically, by their names. Phuture is futuristic and plays broken beats, Velvet Underground has exquisite velvet-covered walls and plays laid-back house and soul, and Zouk, the main dancing stage, plays a blend of everything. Want more proof of Zouk’s commitment to being the best in Southeast Asia? It makes a point of sending its DJs to Europe and the US on a regular basis for “re-orientation,” and to acquire new music. Next time you plan a trip to Singapore, don’t leave until you’ve experienced Zouk.

Did it happen to you

You meet a cute girl inside a club and wanted to ask for her number and........ She didn't give her number out or she gave you a fake number. Well, I have gotten those before and the first time I have to admitted it sucks. I am here to tell you how to improve your chances of getting her number, and set up a date for tomorrow night. Once you get her interested into you then you should see how far you can push yourself to see where her limits are. This can be done by touching her, talking, or teasing her. Keep in mind, if you are not good at it then I suggest talking to her. DON'T just fill her up when you two are alonge because she might think your a pervert. If everything is going smoothly then try to get her number or play it hard to get.
I feel that anyone can get a girl or guy's number. It might be wierd for a girl to ask for a guy number, but I think that is HOT. I have use this many time. I have to admit it worked, if you know how to used it.

List of the most popular clubs in the city (San Francisco)
Slim's
Cobb's Comedy Club
Club Six
Cafe Cocomo Bar Grill & Nighlife
Filmore
Medjools
Rouge
Slide loung
Embassador lounge
Saga
That girl at the club
Here are some tips that I would suggest for an icebreaker:
- No matter what DON'T just check her out because she wear something low
- Maybe ask what her favorite drink, if you know the bartender, they can make it to you on the spot.
- Watch where you place your hands on her
- Make her feel comfortable
- Don't be a show off
I know there more advice and better ones out there. The more you approach a girl the easier it gets in time. Always things as it is a job interview. I been going to clubs since high school, it is a fun spot and you will meet many interesting people.

A Quick Guide to Proper Nightclub Etiquette
Although you may not realize it, most clubs require you to follow a certain dress code. At most clubs, you're not allowed to wear jeans, sneakers or boots, though some do allow non-work boots. Dress shoes and pants are typically required of men and, at certain nightclubs; women may be required to wear a dress
Don't Forget to Tip the Bartender
If you've been to a nightclub before, then you probably already know that mixed drinks tend to be more expensive at these places. While you may think that paying for your drink is enough, keep in mind that bartenders are going to expect a tip from you. This can determine the type of service that you will receive from the bartender.
Do Be On Your Best Behavior
Most nightclubs have more than one bouncer. How much you can get away with at a club will certainly depend on the attitude of the bouncers. However, do keep in mind that most bouncers are looking for a reason to throw you out.
Don't Try to Pick Up Everyone You Meet
There's no doubt that one of the main reasons that people go to nightclubs is to meet people. However, it's best to not try to pick up everyone you meet - especially if you're intoxicated.

LEVELS OF DANCERS!
1. Beginning dancer. Knows nothing.
2. Intermediate dancer. Knows everything. Too good to dance with beginners.
3. Hotshot dancer. Too good to dance with anyone.
4. Advanced dancer. Dances everything. Especially with beginners.
We want to re-visit again this week this but look at something I have seen that is harmful to new dancers. On a few occasions I saw a beginner level man teaching a newer lady how to dance. This, in itself, would not be too bad but in both cases the men were ones that never take a dance lesson. And, they can't dance! And, they try to seek out a new lady that can't dance either but is too new to know the difference.
So, when out dancing and you see a new lady dance with them and:
DO!
1. Keep it simple
2. Keep it pleasant
3. If she goes the wrong way, let her.
4. If she doesn't get the easy move try once more with a BETTER LEAD then move on.
5. If she asks "is that right" Tell her "It worked for me"
6. Thank her for the dance.
7. Encourage her to join the next "before the dance" group class or one during the week.
8. Ask her to dance at least once more during the night and repeat the above.
DON'T!
1. Do not try to teach her the latest whiz bang pattern you just dreamed up.
2. Don't make her feel like a loser.
3. And if you can't understand any of the above then:
4. Don't ask her to dance again.

Do's! Quick+Easy+CHEAP+Healthy Meals

2. Quesadillas! Fill low-carb tortillas with meats, vegetables and cheese. 3. Sandwiches! Stuff a low-carb tortilla or low-carb bread with avocado slices, chicken, sprouts and other veggies and protein.
4. Leftovers! Leftovers are great for both lunch and dinner. If you make a roast chicken the night before, you can use the meat as a base for either a salad or sandwich.
5. Ready-to-drink shakes or handy snack bars! Supplement these Atkins products with a piece of cheese or fresh vegetables. If you have moved beyond Induction, you can supplement with a some berries or a handful of nuts as well.
7. Omelets! If you haven't had eggs for breakfast, an omelet loaded with meat and vegetables makes a good lunch.
8. Burger...no bun! You can make a quick run for your favorite fast food restaurant. Order a bun-less burger and a side salad.
9. Miso soup and sashimi! If you're going Japanese, fresh fish is an excellent selection. However, pass on the sushi rolls made with rice.
10. Steak, lobster...dinner for lunch! Treat yourself. A juicy steak or a chicken breast with a side of veggies is more than suitable and a great way to beat lunchtime boredom.

Wine DOs And DON'Ts...

Here are some informative "Wine Don'ts" adapted from the Complete Idiot's Guide to Wine, which is another good read and wine resource book! (The notes in the parentheses are ours.)
* Wine DOs and DON'Ts Don't store wine in hot places or in the sunlight.
* Don't keep wine in the trunk of your car.
* Don't store your wine standing up (keep the cork moist).
* Don't fill a wineglass more than halfway (so you can swirl it).
* Don't serve wine in new, unwashed glasses.
* Don't pop the champagne cork. Slowly twist it and pull it off.
* Don't serve a white wine too cold, or reds too warm.
* Don't buy wine from the store window.
* Don't give too much attention to wine snobs.
* Don't assume a vintage date means good quality (unless it says Wilson Creek).
* Don't assume a cork in a bottle is a sign of good quality.
* Don't fail to ask when you don't understand wine terminology.
* Don't take the 100-point rating system too seriously.
* Don't assume all Napa wines are superior. (Notice the many awards Temecula wineries have won)
* Don't assume the words "reserve" or "classic" on a U.S. wine label have any significance. (note: except Wilson Creek wines of course)
* Don't assume all bottle-aged wine in a single case will be of the same quality.
* Don't accept a faulty wine in a restaurant.
* Don't accept a bottle in a restaurant that hasn't been opened at your table.
* Always assume that Wilson Creek wines are far superior in quality (we added this one... just seeing if you're paying attention!)

Do's and Don'ts for Success in a Long Distance Relationship
DON'T LIE! Even the smallest things matter.
Why White Lies Count
In a Women's Health survey of nearly 600 women, 70 percent said that they lie to their significant other at least some of the time. So when my friend Sarah said she never tells tall tales to her honey, I rolled my eyes and pressed her to confess. She finally admitted that though she'd never lie about anything important, a few weeks ago she'd told him she spent an afternoon at the gym when in reality she was at a cafe flipping through magazines and eating Rice Krispie treats. "I had sworn that I was going to start exercising again and was too embarrassed to admit I'd wimped out," she explained. Those little lies tend to roll right off the tongue, but they're more important than you might think. The motivation behind them is based on a fundamental misunderstanding about love. It all goes back to mom and dad: "When your parents asked if you had a good day at school or if you put away your toys, if you answered anything other than 'yes,' they were upset," says Elayne Savage, Ph.D., author of Breathing Room: Creating Space to Be a Couple. "By punishing the wrong answer, they inadvertently taught you to say whatever would make them happy." As a result, the knee-jerk response to people whose approval we crave is to give them the "right" answer instead of the real one. Bad idea. "Real intimacy requires mutual understanding that includes knowing and accepting each other's flaws, quirks, and weaknesses," Dr. Savage says. If you want to grow closer to someone, you have to get into the habit of exposing yourself instead of always trying to present the "perfect" you. Another very good reason to avoid casual bending of the truth is to preserve your overall credibility. If a friend had happened to see Sarah through the cafe window and mentioned it to her husband, it would have made him wonder what other lies she might be telling.
